The BEST travel agent in history! Thank you Jess for repeatedly organising the best adventures for my family BUT most of all for being there when things hit the fan! Having you on the ground at home to support us when things don't quite go to plan is priceless. Our recent trip had flight delays which resulted in our transfer booking to the islands being delayed by a day. We could have been left stranded at the airport with nowhere to stay, but instead we arrived to a message from you with alternate accommodation arranged for the night and our transfer rebooked for the following day. A travel agent is needed the most when things go wrong rather than when things go right and Jess absolutely shines when we need her most. Highly recommend.
