Erin’s passion for travel started young, with a high school exchange to Germany and a graduation trip to Bali. Those early adventures sparked a lifelong love of exploring the world.

In her early 20s, Erin worked as a travel coordinator in the offshore oil industry, managing fly-in, fly-out crews. Friends noticed her enthusiasm and nudged her toward a career in travel. That encouragement opened the door to the travel industry, where she spent the next 15 years—starting in Perth, then four years in Vancouver, and finally returning home to Melbourne.

For the last decade, she specialized in corporate travel, building a reputation for precision, dedication, and client care. But after years of restructuring, long hours, and burnout, Erin knew it was time for a change. That’s when she turned to 1000 Mile Travel Group.
