Celebrating excellence at sea: 1000MTG’s 2025 North America Top Achievers Trip

From October 22–31, 2025, our top-performing 1000 Mile Travel Group North America advisors came together for an unforgettable recognition trip aboard the ultra-luxury Crystal Serenity, sailing from Québec City to Bayonne, New Jersey. Coinciding with Crystal Cruises’ 35th Anniversary sailing, this year’s journey brought together celebration, connection, and a shared commitment to excellence.

A journey to celebrate our Top Achievers

Aboard the newly reimagined Crystal Serenity, advisors enjoyed nine indulgent nights of refined cruising through the colorful fall scenery of Canada and New England. Each advisor and guest stayed in a Sapphire Veranda Suite complete with a spacious living area, walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony designed for sunset viewing, sail-aways, and morning coffee overlooking the stunning coastline.

Thoughtful touches such as butler-served afternoon canapés, complimentary laundry and pressing, and personalized service elevated the stay and ensured every moment felt seamless.

Luxury, learning & connection – The 1000MTG Way

The experience struck the perfect balance between recognition, personal enrichment, and professional growth. Advisors enjoyed elevated specialty dining at Umi Uma, Osteria d’Ovidio, and Beefbar; unlimited premium beverages, curated entertainment, and enrichment programs; and a variety of wellness and fitness options to restore the mind and body while at sea.

In addition, 1000MTG-hosted events, including cocktail receptions, group dinners, and sponsor-led learning sessions, created invaluable opportunities to connect, collaborate, and celebrate together.

1000MTG was proud to be hosted by Crystal Cruises, represented onboard by Sharla Smith, Global Sales Director, and was also joined by two key supplier partners Lisa Presley, Key Account Director, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Melissa McLaughlin, National Sales Account Executive, Delta Air Lines. Their presence and support played a crucial role in amplifying the experience, strengthening relationships, and reinforcing the partnerships that enable our independent advisors to thrive.

A special taste of Boston

During the stop in Boston, several advisors joined 1000MTG’s own local Bostonian, Maria Ferrara, for a full day hosted by Omni Hotels & Resorts and Meet Boston, bringing an authentic taste of the city to life. The experience included breakfast at Kestra at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport – complete with a custom “Boston Passport”; exclusive hotel tours of the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and the historic Omni Parker House; and an interactive Boston Cream Pie session led by Avory Gagnon and Rena Briggs.

Iconic city experiences curated by Meet Boston also included a Fenway Park Tour, Boston Tea Party Museum Visit, Duck Tours, and a Lantern Tour along the Freedom Trail. From history and hospitality to sports culture and storytelling, advisors had a memorable and immersive day showcasing the Best of Boston.

Returning home inspired & empowered
